Our filming crew is experienced in capturing the larger than life emotions of the wedding day. The video is then mastered in our studio to preserve the grandeur of the ceremony and reception.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT
VSVP will provide invoicing and all payments for the crew will be made directly to VS Video Productions, LLC. All first time clients are on C.O.D. or credit card terms. Once credit is established, payment is expected within 30 days of job completion. Payment after 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% interest charge. If account is past 120 days, it will be placed for collection. Customer will pay collection fee, attorneys fee and any necessary costs incurred.
CREW CLOCK SAFETY & Travel
All crews booked are based on a 10 hour OR 5 hour day PORTAL TO PORTAL. Local area shoots will allow no more than 30 minutes each way and real time outside the Denver Metro area (i.e. 25 mile radius) Outside of the metro area a rate of .50 cents per mile will be added. Unless negotiated with the crew directly, a meal break of one hour is to be allotted during the course of a full day shoot. This meal break is to take place no later than the 5th hour past the scheduled call time.
The crew holds the right to stop the shoot if he/she feels that the safety of the crew or client may be at risk.

| Why should I have a video of my wedding when I am already hiring a photographer. |
|
Only video can capture in motion, and sound of your vows, all the details of the day, speeches, the cake cutting, your first dance. Not having the weddng videotaped is the biggest regret by brides, grooms and family members. In fact the Wedding and Events Video Association conducted a survey, where 60 % of brides expressed that their video recorded the history of their wedding day apposed to having photographs of their wedding which was only 10%.

Why Should I pay for a pro video when my friends or family can tape it with their camcorders ?

Even with access to high-end camcorders today, most friends and family don't have the training and or experience as well as the professional broadcast equipment of a professional videographer. We do this work full time and we pay special attention to camera angles, sound quality, lighting as well as content. We also use multiple cameras to capture all the angles of a wedding whereas an amateur cannot afford to use multiple cameras. We also use state of the art editing techniques to create a professional presentation.

Aren't all wedding videos the same ?

There's no standard certification procedure. There is a wide variety of styles. Evaluate candidates based on their work, their references and their unique style. The best way to come to a decision is not by price alone. Meet with the videographer and discuss what your needs are. A price quote alone can result in hiring a videographer thay may not live up to your expectations.
