VSVP was Founded in 1987 by Victor Sieff, a seventeen year veteran in Broadcast and Cable Video production. Principal owner, Mr. Sieff has worked for corporations such as AT&T Broadband, Comcast Cable Inc, KCNC-TV in Denver as a Production Manager, Producer, Director, Videographer/Editor.
